3 Cheese Super Veg Pasta
Cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 4
- Cook the pasta according to packet directions in a large pot of boiling salted water.
- Drain the pasta and reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
- Return the pasta to the hot pan along with the three cheeses and butter.
- Stir gently until combined.
- Add the reserved liquid if needed.
- Season with pepper and salt.
