Chilli Passata with Vetta Ready Pasta Fibre Penne
Cooking time: 5 minutes, serves 1
- 150g Vetta Ready Pasta SMART Fibre Penne
- 5 kalamta olives sliced in half
- 1 fresh cayenne chilli thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove squashed
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 100ml passata sauce
- Cook pasta as per package directions (60 seconds in the microwave!) and set aside
- Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat
- Add chilli and garlic and stir for 3 min
- Add passata, olives and stir for 1 min
- Add pasta and stir for 1 min
- Serve with extra fresh chilli (optional)
