Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti

- 375g Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti
- 1 Cucumber cubed
- 3 Tomatoes cubed
- Jar of Olives of your choice
- Half packet of Rocket
- 2 Shallots
- 300g Feta Cheese
- Vinaigrette of your choice
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
- Combine Spaghetti with rocket, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and shallots in a large bowl.
- Add your vinaigrette, salt and pepper.
