Garlic Banana Prawns with Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti
Cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 3-4
- 375g Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti
- 400g Australian Banana Prawns
- 2 x large chillies finely sliced, (Optional; extra for garnish)
- 2 x tbs olive oil
- 1 x bunch parsley
- 6 x cloves garlic finely sliced
- 1 x lemon
- Salt and pepper to season
- Cook the SMART Protein Spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, add olive oil to the base of a medium frying pan
- Add garlic, and chilli and cook for 1 min
- Add prawns, and cook until slightly browned
- Drain the spaghetti, reserving some of the liquid, add the spaghetti to the pan and a dash of pasta water then toss through.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon, parsley, (optional; extra chilli) and salt and pepper to taste
