SMART Protein Penne Broccolini and Sausages with Sundried Tomatoes
Cooking time: 25 minutes, serves 4
- 375g Vetta SMART Protein Penne
- 500g gourmet sausages
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 125g semi-dried tomatoes
- 2 bunches broccolini, diced
- 1 red onion diced
- Cracked pepper
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and put aside.
- Add sausages to a pan, cook well, then thinly slice. Put aside.
- Add garlic, semi-dried tomatoes, onion and broccolini to the same pan and cook until slightly charred.
- Add everything to cooked pasta and stir through until evenly spread.
- Serve with cracked pepper
