SMART Protein Penne Broccolini and Sausages with Sundried Tomatoes

Cooking time: 25 minutes, serves 4

  • 375g Vetta SMART Protein Penne
  • 500g gourmet sausages
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 125g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 2 bunches broccolini, diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • Cracked pepper
  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and put aside.
  2. Add sausages to a pan, cook well, then thinly slice. Put aside.
  3. Add garlic, semi-dried tomatoes, onion and broccolini to the same pan and cook until slightly charred.
  4. Add everything to cooked pasta and stir through until evenly spread.
  5. Serve with cracked pepper
